This website is provided by byCarvalho Inc., London, Ontario, Canada. These terms describe permitted use of the website. They do not replace a separate project agreement or remove rights provided by applicable law. Questions can be sent to hello@bycarvalho.com.

Website content is general information about our studio, not a binding offer or a promise of availability, price or results. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a service or create a client engagement. An enquiry sent through the form or by email is an invitation to discuss work. Project scope, fees, taxes, payment schedule, deliverables, revisions, cancellation and intellectual-property rights must be agreed separately before work begins. Any mandatory pre-contract disclosures and consumer protections continue to apply.

You may browse this site and contact us about legitimate enquiries. Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. These terms do not restrict rights you have under applicable law.

Website text, design and artwork are owned by byCarvalho Inc. or used with permission, where applicable. You may view the material for personal evaluation of our services. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership or licensing of commissioned work is addressed in the relevant project agreement.

Only send information you are authorized to share. You retain your rights in materials you provide; sending an enquiry does not transfer their ownership to us. We may use the material as reasonably needed to assess and respond to your request. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Links to other websites are provided for reference; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, cancellation rights, access to courts or available remedies. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of class proceedings is imposed by these website terms. Responsibility for paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement and law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you. This clause does not require a consumer to give up a right or remedy available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Updates do not retroactively change an existing project agreement.
